Q8040 glass cutting machine is used in the first process of lens production in the optical industry. The machine tool adopts hydraulic transmission, electric control semi-automatic processing, and diamond saw blades are used for high-speed cutting. This machine tool can be used for descending and longitudinal cutting. The production efficiency is high. It is suitable for mass production. In the semi-automatic process (except for manual feeding and horizontal feeding) and longitudinal feeding and saw blade lifting and cutting, there are fast and slow speeds. Actions such as saw blade rotation, cooling liquid and parking are completely performed automatically by the machine tool, no need Manual operation reduces physical labor for workers. The machine tool adopts two specifications of diamond saw blades, which is convenient to expand the processing range: 1.
