A common method to prevent the bored hole wall from collapsing is to use bentonite slurry to create an impermeable wall lining to the bore hole. Bentonite mud cost is a small fraction to the costly polymer materials. There are huge savings.
The Soilmec bentonite turbo mixer, model BTM-1000 is specifically designed for the efficient mixing and homogenizing of bentonite with water.
The Soilmec mixer will mix up to 12 m3 (12,000 litres) per hour. This is very economical and suitable when you require big quantity within a short period. It saves you so much time and cost to your operations.
The Soilmec BTM-1000 bentonite turbo mixer has a cylindrical tank and a special pump installed onto the strong base frame, complete with valves, piping and fittings.
A high quality mixture of bentonite mud with water is achieved through a high speed vortex produced by pump. The heavy suction and delivery by the pump, creates a very thorough & uniformed mixture.
